A vision statement gives your team and clients a vivid projected image of where you’d like to see your company headed. Vision statements convey your business aspirations but they also govern the organization’s strategic direction.
Vision statements are a living document that should be continuously reviewed and revised as your business grows.
Answer these questions to generate vision statement ideas:
Who does your organization serve?
What problem does your organization solve?
Where are your primary customers?
Why does this problem need to be addressed?
How does your organization aspire to serve its customers long-term?
Which words or phrases depict your organization’s future?
What specific and measurable goals can your organization realistically achieve in a specified timeframe?
What impact will your organization have when the vision is fulfilled?
